    Clark State Workforce: Intro to Forklift Safety and Operation

    This two-day training, which meets OSHA standards for forklift operation, is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills needed to safely and effectively operate a forklift.​​

    Attendance and Cancellation Policy
    By registering for a Clark State Workforce training, you agree to the following:

    • Each registrant must have 100% attendance for all trainings to earn certifications, professional credit or academic credit. 
    • Cancellations must be made at least 3 business days before a training begins by emailing or calling Damiana Reyes, workforce manager, at reyesd@clarkstate.edu or 937-328-6064.
    • Refunds cannot be granted for cancellations made less than 3 business days prior to the first day of a training.
