Participate in Clark State 360's interactive in-person welcome events to help you succeed from your very first semester to your last by addressing common myths about learning, college, and success. When you arrive at Clark State, enter through the main entrance and ask the front desk where to find room 124 on the ground floor of the Greene Center. Please arrive five (5) minutes early so that we can start on time.

Clark State welcomes family and friends who support our students. Students are responsible for the behavior and safety of their guests. We may ask students to relocate to another space if their guests cause continuous disruptions, but we will follow up with those students once the event is over. Orientation Content

While we do have an informative and interactive format for orientation, we also adapt to the interests and needs of students who register and attend. Here is a general outline of our default format:

Mythbusters: Confronting common beliefs about college, learning, and success by determining which are fact and which are fiction.
Fear Factor: Identifying unique and common fears students have about college and reframing current beliefs.
Scavenger Hunt: Searching Clark State's website for answers to common and unique challenges and questions.
